This facility is unsafe and unethical. I came here as an RN worked and cancelled my shift for the next day. Upon arrival the NOC nurse told me “hope you know everything, you paid double, agency must know it all”. Refused to give. Me a detailed nursing report. And compromised the safety of all patients at the facility. (I told the two staff nurses this happened of which they both replied (verbatim) “she is just old and Stuck in her ways” Afterwards.. this facility came back and did not want to pay me for my work. Illegally violated my rights and the department of labor.

My family is currently in this facility. I will say there are some good people here.... but there's also some over worked nurses here as well and they may not be as patient with the elder/sick. Remember, they are here because they need help.... so be kind while your also here to receive a paycheck. Thank you so much to nurse Ally who went above and beyond to provide comfort to my friend/family who is in need of care.
