Before COVID they raised the rent $40 every year. After covid they raised it $70! People get pushed out, as seniors income is limited!!!

I have questions about the previous reviews. Those people don’t live in this building so they are fake. The manager of this building is horrible. None of the other staff will stay here because things are terrible. Everyone decent finds a reason to leave. The manager makes it obvious she doesn’t like the tenants. She is never out in the building, only in her office from which she spews lies and blames everyone else. This place is infested with bed bugs, the common laundry rooms are clean but hardly any of the machines actually work. The building is clean and well cared for by maintenance but the rent goes up every year and when a problem arises, the manager blames head office or some vague law but doesn’t know what the law is or where to look it up. I’ve called above her head but they don’t care either because they disconnect their cell phones and won’t return messages. Don’t move in this building until they replace their manager. Read that 90 page lease!

I dont know if ill get in trouble for saying this.. since i do live here..But ...what i say now ..ive said to them....1. Its an old sayin if i know now what i should have know then.....again i would have still picked here...but i would have been more mind ful of my apt location.. stuff like that ..It's not bad...all thing change..and id pefere not to move again.. the maintance and housekeeping are the best I can talk about i give them 5 stars...just ask questions and be happy with your loction .

Building is infested with bed bugs. I can see where they travel just by looking at my walls! Because they let it get so bad it will never be treated because my understanding is they have to remove everybody from the building for three or four days and heat treat the building. Which will never happen. They'd rather charge us more rents and not making improvements.
